Most probably this error happened because either you are still in the onboarding stage and you are trying to perform live transactions (through a live profile) which are not accepted in the ClickPay system, or because of a wrong terminal information/configuration.

Reason #1: Performing a live transaction while you didn't finish the onboarding phase.


In this case, you will need to contact your account manager regarding this or send an email to (support@clickpay.sa).



Once the status of your account (Trading Status) becomes accepted, you will be able to proceed with your transactions normally.



Reason #2: Performing a transaction with a different terminal's sale mode from the defined ones in your profile


This means that you are trying to perform a transaction with a non-defined terminal's sale mode, such as trying to perform "Sale" payment while your terminal "Sale Mode" is "Auth/Capture", ..etc. In this case, you will need to contact your account manager regarding this or send an email to (support@clickpay.sa).
